This camp will break down the fundamentals of flip turns, open turns, track starts, relay starts, and backstroke starts. The coaches will go into in-depth detail about the most efficient and fastest ways to complete each movement. The goal is to help campers achieve a higher level of understanding and use the skills to become faster and more confident swimmers. The campers will be at the pool for the entire day including pool time and activities. Campers will need to provide their own lunch.
